By using The Getaway Pinball Arcade website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the Site

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not use the site for illegal, abusive, or harassing behavior.

User Conduct

Harassment, bullying, hate speech, spam, and abuse are not tolerated. We may silence or ban accounts that violate these rules. A little friendly trash talk is allowed only if it is genuinely funny or the user has placed last in five or more tournaments in a row.

Content You Submit

You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant us a license to display it on the site as needed. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Events, Tournaments, and Reservations

• Event and tournament details are subject to change.
• Reservation and party requests are not confirmed until we contact you directly.
• Entry fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of registration.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for injuries, lost items, or damages that occur on arcade premises. Play at your own risk. Website services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
